Liquid Impact looked after every aspect of Caterpillar’s seven-day Dealer Conference in Shanghai from the moment delegates arrived until their departure. We provided event and logistical management, including: transportation to and from the airport, hotel check-ins, a cocktail reception on a Huangpu river cruise, guest conferences, tours that catered to a variety of different interests and tastes, gala dinners at multiple locations (each uniquely themed), and a team building golf tournament. All of the component events were complicated and required the comprehensive attention of our most experienced team. Not even the arrival of an unexpected typhoon deterred our efforts.
